2022 WA State Awards

  • 2022 Judge of the Year: Lynn Boman​
​Lynn is the WGJA (Washington Gymnastics Judges Association) President. She was the 2020 NGJA (National Gymnastics Judging Association) West Judge of the Year. She just finished judging the 2022 Mens NCAA championships in Norman, OK. and will be judging USA Championships in August.
  • Halo Award (30 Years): Dave Millard
Dave has been the NGJA Junior Regional Technical Director for as long as anyone can remember. He has been a beacon in Region 2 for 30 years. He also just finished judging the 2022 Men's NCAA Championship this year. Congrats Dave!

  • 2022 Coach of the Year: Jon Chapman​
​Jon was a junior athlete for 7 years. Attended the University of Washington and competed for the Huskies. He has now been a coach in Washington for 16 years. He is the Boys Team Director at Cascade Elite Gymnastics. He has grown that program helped it become one of the largest most successful boys programs in the state. He is the definition of leader and role model for all coaches and athletes in Washington.
